1. Acceptance and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and vpph (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform operating under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the vpph website, mobile platform, or associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in full.

Your use of vpph constitutes acceptance of these Terms regardless of whether you have explicitly clicked an "I Agree" checkbox during registration. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the vpph Platform and must discontinue access immediately.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date," and continued use of the Platform following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility to Use vpph

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register, access, or use the vpph Platform. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering for a vpph account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. vpph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts that cannot verify compliance with this age requirement will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

The vpph Platform is intended solely for use by individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access. You represent and warrant that:

• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically present in the Philippines at the time you access or use the Platform;
• Online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction and you are not prohibited by law from participating in online gaming activities;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted;
• You are using the Platform in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or for any commercial purpose;
• You have not been previously excluded or self-excluded from gambling services, either on vpph or on any other platform.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are expressly prohibited from creating an account or using the vpph Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Employees, agents, officers, or contractors of vpph or any of its affiliated entities, as well as immediate family members of such persons;
• Individuals who have previously had their vpph account suspended, terminated, or closed for breach of these Terms;
• Individuals subject to self-exclusion, either voluntarily imposed or mandated by a regulatory authority;
• Individuals located in jurisdictions where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by local law.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the vpph Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile phone number, and email address. You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts (also referred to as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

As a PAGCOR-regulated entity, vpph is required to verify the identity of all users in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys ID, or other PAGCOR-approved documents) upon request.

Failure to complete identity verification when requested may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges. vpph reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to confirm your identity, age, residence, or source of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vpph account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services;
• Not share your vpph account credentials with any third party;
• Notify vpph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing vpph from a shared or public device.

You are fully liable for all activities conducted through your vpph account, whether authorized by you or not. vpph will not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination

vpph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• You are engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise unlawful activity;
• You have created multiple accounts;
• Your account activity suggests problem gambling behavior and intervention is necessary;
• We are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive from PAGCOR.

In the event of account termination for breach of Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited, and vpph is under no obligation to refund deposits or honor pending withdrawals.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your vpph account must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) and must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Acceptable payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from Philippine-licensed banks (including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other institutions supported on the Platform).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. vpph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may impose transaction fees, and you are solely responsible for those charges.

vpph reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit if we have reason to believe the deposit violates these Terms, is funded by illicit sources, or is otherwise suspicious under our AML policies.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds in your vpph account at any time, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) and compliance with applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours during business hours, while bank transfers may take up to 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. vpph is not responsible for delays imposed by third-party payment processors or banks.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. vpph reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals from newly registered accounts.

4.3 Fees and Charges

vpph does not charge fees for standard withdrawals; however, your receiving financial institution may impose receiving fees, and you are responsible for all such charges. In certain circumstances, vpph reserves the right to deduct administrative processing fees from unusually small or frequent withdrawal requests.

4.4 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Promotional bonus funds, free bets, and other incentives issued by vpph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements. Bonus terms will be clearly stated in the promotion details and must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

vpph is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. You agree that:

• All funds deposited to your vpph account originate from legitimate sources and are your own property;
• You will not use vpph to launder money or finance illegal activities;
• You will cooperate fully with any AML investigation or request for additional information from vpph or regulatory authorities.

Suspicious transactions will be reported to PAGCOR and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in accordance with Philippine law.

5. Use of the Platform

5.1 Permitted Use

The vpph Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You agree to use vpph solely for the purpose of placing lawful wagers on games and sporting events offered through the Platform. You may not use vpph for any illegal purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, collusive, or abusive purpose;
• Engage in any form of cheating, including the use of bots, automated scripts, or exploit of software bugs;
• Attempt to manipulate odds, outcomes, or the operation of any game;
• Engage in "bonus abuse" or violation of promotional terms;
• Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity;
• Access or attempt to access another user's account without authorization;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Platform;
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code through the Platform;
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or vpph staff;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair vpph's se rvers or infrastructure.

Any violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds, as well as potential legal action.

5.3 Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the vpph Platform are governed by their respective rules, which are available for review within each game. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers. In the event of a dispute, vpph's determination of game outcomes based on the official game rules shall be final and binding.

All slot games, table games, and random number generator (RNG) games on vpph use certified RNG software tested by independent third-party auditors. vpph does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published or available upon request for all applicable games.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting wagers are subject to the specific rules of the sport and event, as well as vpph's sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute, the official result as determined by the governing sports body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC) shall be binding. vpph reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed, or where the event is cancelled or postponed beyond a reasonable timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on or available through the vpph Platform (collectively, "Content") are the property of vpph or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the vpph Platform, except as follows:

• Your browser may temporarily cache Content for the purpose of displaying the Platform;
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

Unauthorized use of vpph's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties under Philippine law.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 Platform Availability

vpph endeavors to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform; however, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at any time for maintenance, updates, regulatory compliance, or any other reason without prior notice.

vpph will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions in service. You agree that your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE vpph PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. vpph DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, vpph SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF vpph HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL vpph's TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FUNDS IN YOUR vpph ACCOUNT AT THE TIME THE CLAIM AROSE, OR ₱10,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the vpph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact vpph customer support in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

Disputes regarding gaming outcomes, bonus terms, account restrictions, or payment processing will be reviewed by vpph management, and vpph's decision shall be final and binding unless you pursue formal dispute resolution through PAGCOR's regulatory complaint process or the Philippine courts.

8.3 PAGCOR Regulatory Complaints

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, vpph is subject to oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. If you believe vpph has violated these Terms or applicable regulations, you have the right to file a formal complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

9. Responsible Gaming

vpph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from the harms associated with problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help you manage your gaming activity, including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Loss limits;
• Session time limits;
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent);
• Account closure.

You may access these tools at any time from your account settings or by contacting customer support. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to seek help from professional resources, including PAGCOR's responsible gaming support services.

vpph reserves the right to restrict or close accounts showing signs of problem gambling behavior, even without a request from the account holder, if we believe such action is in the best interest of the player.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with vpph's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and vpph regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver

vpph's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of vpph.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without vpph's prior written consent. vpph may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice to you.
