How vpph Protects Your Privacy
Six core commitments that define how vpph handles your personal data as a PAGCOR-licensed Philippine platform.
PDPA Compliance
vpph operates in full alignment with the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (PDPA). Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed strictly within the bounds of Philippine data protection law and the National Privacy Commission's (NPC) implementing rules and regulations.
256-Bit SSL Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and vpph's servers is protected using industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. This means every login, deposit, withdrawal request, and personal detail you send through the vpph platform is encrypted end-to-end, making interception by unauthorized parties computationally infeasible.
No Data Selling
vpph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data belongs to you. We collect only what is necessary for our licensed operation, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of gaming services โ and we do not monetize it beyond those defined purposes.
Access Controls
Access to your personal data within vpph's systems is strictly limited on a need-to-know basis. Only authorized vpph personnel whose job functions require access to specific data categories are permitted to view or process your information. All internal data access is logged, monitored, and regularly audited for compliance.
Defined Retention Periods
vpph retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and audit obligations โ including PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) data retention rules under Philippine law.
Your Rights, Enforced
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have clearly defined rights over your personal data held by vpph โ including the right to access, correct, object to processing, and request deletion of your information. vpph has a dedicated process for handling data subject access requests, and we respond within the timeframes mandated by the NPC.
Effective Date: This Privacy Policy was last updated on October 8, 2026, and is effective immediately for all new users. Existing users are subject to the version of this Policy in effect at the time of account registration, with updates applying prospectively following notice.
Scope: This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected by vpph in connection with your registration, use, or interaction with the vpph website, mobile platform, customer support channels, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the vpph Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must cease use of the Platform and contact customer support to close your account.
Data Controller: For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), vpph is the data controller responsible for your personal information collected through the Platform.

2.6 Marketing Communications
With your explicit consent at the time of registration or through your account communication preferences, vpph may send you promotional offers, bonus updates, and platform news relevant to your gaming activity. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by updating your account preferences. Withdrawal of consent for marketing does not affect the lawfulness of data processing for other purposes outlined in this Policy.
3. Disclosure and Sharing of Your Personal Data
vpph does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We disclose personal data only in the limited circumstances described below, and only to the extent necessary for each purpose.

3.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of vpph's business assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and the privacy practices of the successor entity prior to completion, where practicable.
3.4 No Cross-Border Transfers Without Safeguards

5.1 Right to Be Informed

5.5 Right to Erasure
You may request the deletion of your personal data from vpph's systems in certain circumstances โ for example, where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. This right is subject to limitations where vpph is required to retain data for legal, regulatory, or audit purposes (e.g., PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements), in which case we will inform you of those limitations.
5.6 Right to Data Portability
Where technically feasible, you may request that vpph provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format to allow you to transfer it to another service provider.
